- Extensive interview with Director of Client Care Services
- Employment reference check
- Criminal background check upon hire, random & annual thereafter
- Drug screen upon hire, random & annual thereafter
- KY Nurse Aide Abuse Registry check upon hire, random & annual thereafter
- Negative TB test/chest x-ray screen upon hire & annually
- All Caregivers covered by Worker’s Comp, unemployment, liability
- All Caregivers bonded and insured
- All payroll, Social Security and Medicare taxes paid
- Thorough Orientation conducted by our on-staff LPN, ongoing and case-specific training and education
